MISSION-VISION-OBJECTIVES
The mission of the Faculty of Agronomy (FOA) is widely publicized as follows: “Training undergraduate and postgraduate levels; conducting scientific research and transferring technology in the fields of crop science and high-tech agriculture, in order to develop high-quality human resources and valuable scientific and technological products for industrialization and modernization, and international integration for the midland and Northern mountainous region and the whole country”.
By 2030, the FOA will be a prestigious science and technology transferring and training institution in the country and the world in the field of crop science.
The objectives of the Faculty are:
(1) To develop and provide high-quality human resources in the field of crop science with high professional qualification, leadership capacity, administrative capacity, and soft skills, in order to meet the requirements of the labor market and international integration.
(2) To create valuable scientific and technological products in the field of crop science to serve the socio-economic development of Vietnam and the world.
